• We accept payment by bank transfer. Your order is processed once we have received cleared funds. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
• We make every effort to price products correctly. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will tell you and give you the choice of buying at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

7. Placing and accepting orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy a product from us. We will email you to confirm that we have received your order, but this is not our acceptance of it. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order, or confirm that it has been accepted, whichever happens first.
